How to Chalk Your Hair

Let’s back to the Hair Chalking topic once again. I will tell you about how to use it safely.

First, wet your strain hair which is wanted to be colored unless your hair is already in a bright color like blonde. Wet condition can make the color last longer. Second, twist your hair (for more natural result) and apply the chalk you wanted in downward motion to pretend hair damaged problem. Then dry the colored hair with hair dryer to make it faster. Next, iron your hair with flat or curling iron to add waves and to help the color stick on your hair. Finally, you are ready to show of your chalk-colored hair.

How To Keep Your Suede Shoes

Do one of you have suede shoes?
If yes, this will be very beneficial for you as I will give you tips to take care of your suede shoes ;)

          There will always some things that we have to do in order to keep something in good condition, in this case: taking care of our suede shoes. There are 10 things that you can do to keep your suede shoes look good. First of all, you need to buy suede protector, spray it to the surface of your shoes. This protector usually sold in shoe store at about IDR 30.000 until IDR 100.000. Second, use rubber eraser to clean up dust or spot on your shoes. Remember do not put a heavy rub and do it in one line. If there is a stain that hard to remove, try to use vacuum cleaner just like you do it for your carpet. Next, try to use tooth brush and water. This way is to remove stain that already marked on your shoes, splash a little water in the dirty area then brush it in one line with tooth brush. After that, dry your suede shoes with fan, do not ever think to dry it directly to sunlight! The most simple and efficient way to clean up your shoes is by using suede cleaner, just spray it and brush a little and...voila! Your shoes are clean again :)

       Put a silica gel in your shoes box to prevent dampness or your shoes will smell bad, ew!

This time I am going to explain about something that I called as 3C or Contrast Color Collar.

A shirt with contrast color collar is become a trend nowdays because of its great characters. First, its collar’s color which is different from the rest of the shirt give the less formal feel on your appearance but still suit for formal occasion. Next, a shirt with two or more different color on it is eye-catching and looks good. Then a contrast color collar also keeps your all-over patterned shirt not too distracting your face. In addition, its different color between the collar and the rest of the shirt is already rich of creative innovations without other different color of jacket or outwear help.

  

     

Tips for Your Jeans

I am back to fulfill your hunger of fashion :))
This day I will give you some tips before wearing your jeans. Ready? Let your fingers scroll it down ;)

1. Follow the "Thigh Rules"
    Consider the shape of your thighs, so your jeans will flow perfectly to your legs. If your thighs is in average size, boot-cut jeans will suit you best. Long jeans with wide bottom will disguise the shape of your big thighs. In the other hand, if you have long and thin legs, skinny jeans would be perfect.



2. Consider the length
    Make sure that you have jeans that will be suit your shoes, whether it is flat shoes or high heels. The length of jeans should be 1cm above the ground, whatever shoes you are wearing. If it is more than 1cm, it will look weird. Nowadays there are jeans with high-cut, most of them are above the ankle. Those jeans is suitable for your skinny legs, match it with sneakers, flat shoes, or high-heels.

3. Do not wash it too often
    You do not need to wash your jeans after wearing once except you spilled your drink or something. Washing your jeans too often will make your jeans color fade, and lose its shape. Make sure you flip the inside part into outside before you wash them because it will reduce the color-fading.



4. Cover the other part of your body with jeans!
    Jeans are not only trousers, there are even many more nowadays. We can find dress, vest, short-pants, jacket and other clothes with jeans material. You can use jeans vest on your dress to make it casual, or wearing vest with your maxi skirt.

5. Denim on Denim
    Do not hesitate to wear your jeans clothes at the same time , because wearing one denim on the other denim is now more acceptable. Just make sure that you are wearing the different tone of color. If you are wearing sky-blue jeans trouser, do not put a vest or jacket with the same color. It will make you look uninteresting and boring. Otherwise, you can put on a navy jacket jeans or vest on your sky-blue jeans trouser.

6. Play with the colors!
    Nowadays we are being spoiled with the producers of jeans. As we can see, there are many choices of colors. We already bored with the usual color such as: blue, black or grey. Brighten your day and your fashion taste with bright color of jeans. You can try to wear orange, red, even yellow and pink jeans! Colorful :)



7. Cut it to make short-pant
    Do you feel bored with your old jeans? Or its stitching is coming undone? Try to recycle it into the new one. Turn it into short pants. These following steps may help you to try it: wear your jeans, and then make signs where you want to cut it. After that, put off your jeans and begin to cut it right where the line you want it to be cut. Remember, always add extra space in case it will be too short and also it can be the stitching.

   

Pleated Skirt or Skater Skirt?

We already familiar with skirt, aren’t we? Do you have some types of skirt you like the most? Well, I have two of them. I like pleated and skater skirts the most. Let's see!

Pleated and skater skirts have similar characters in common. First of all, both of them will smoothly fall around your hip and accomplish your body curve. Second, a pleated skirt can give you more volume on your bottom with its pleats and so does a skater skirt. In addition, a pleated skirt is better to be worn after your top and a skater skirt is too. They also have similar type of pleats except on its amount. Likewise the skater skirt, pleated skirt is recommended for you when it comes for summer.
